The internships are located at Abercrombie & Fitch headquarters in New Albany, Ohio, and provide design students interactive, hands-on sessions either in classrooms or on the job. Apparel designers, for example, will be able to create clothing designs from concept to production. Graphic designers will work with the Research and Development team to create designs that will appear on clothing. Cosmopolitan Internships are available to college students in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The internships are unpaid and only open to undergraduate students who are eligible to receive college credit. Students do not need prior experience working for a magazine. Students must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity and enthusiasm, and the ability to work two full days a week during the spring and fall semesters, and four days a week during the summer and winter semesters.
