Abercrombie & Fitch Internships
Abercrombie & Fitch Internships are available for college students interested in a career in fashion design. Students must be in a degree program in graphic design, apparel design, technical design or CAD design.
The internships are located at Abercrombie & Fitch headquarters in New Albany, Ohio, and provide design students interactive, hands-on sessions either in classrooms or on the job. Apparel designers, for example, will be able to create clothing designs from concept to production. Graphic designers will work with the Research and Development team to create designs that will appear on clothing. Technical designers will work with the Design and Merchandising teams from clothing sketches to live model fitting.CAD designers will experience working on prints, patterns and embroideries.
Each design internship requires that students must be working on a Bachelors degree in the specific area required by the internship. Graphic designers, for example, must have strong computer skills and artistic talent. All internships offer design students a preview into the exciting career world of fashion and long-term career prospects at Abercrombie & Fitch.
