Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is hiring for their Apprentice Nurse Program (ANP). This program offers nursing students enrolled in an accredited RN nursing program the opportunity to gain experience in acute care nursing. The Apprentice Nurse will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care, documenting vital signs, and promoting patient safety. This position requires a high school degree, enrollment in an accredited RN program, and current CPR certification. It involves a minimum of 200 annual work hours, with specific scheduling requirements. Baystate Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
