Financial Representative Interns at Northwestern Mutual assist clients in achieving financial freedom through financial planning. They build a client base, network, and offer recommendations while gaining licenses. The internship provides flexibility around classes, opportunities for professional growth, and a potential path to a full-time Financial Representative role upon graduation. Ideal candidates are full-time students, preferably juniors or seniors, with an entrepreneurial spirit, sales curiosity, coachability, and excellent time-management skills, interested in financial literacy and planning tools, and business-savvy.
