The job description is for an Apprentice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Covenant Living. The role involves on-the-job learning and formal education through a local CNA Training Program. Apprentices will apply for the BNAT program at Oakton Community College, and upon successful completion, they will be offered a permanent position with Covenant Living. The responsibilities include providing patient care, documenting care, maintaining a clean environment, and participating in training and department meetings. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be accepted into a CNA Training Program, and have the ability to lift heavy weights and stand for extended periods.
