USA Jobs Pathways Programs

USA Jobs Pathways Programs
USA Jobs Pathways Programs offers internships for students interested in working for the federal government. The Pathways Program was created by President Obama to open the way for more veterans and students to have opportunities for employment within the federal government.

The Internship Program is one segment of the Pathways Program. It gives students the opportunity to be exposed to the work of the Government through Federal internships while pursuing their degree. Students who complete the program may be eligible to transition into a permanent job in the civil service.

Applicants may be current students in high school, undergraduates and graduates in colleges, universities, community colleges, and junior colleges, vocational and trade schools, or other institutions where students are pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate. Interns may work either part-time or full-time.

Students may search and apply for jobs within any one of several hiring U.S. government agencies. Positions are paid and range in duration from temporary up to one year.
