Hartford Hospital Clinical Psychology Internship
Students must have completed at least two years of clinical psychology coursework. Applicants must be enrolled in an APA-accredited Ph.D. or Psy.D. program in clinical psychology. The internship provides hands-on advanced training for students pursuing careers in psychology. Interns will receive in-depth training in anxiety disorders, child/adolescent clinical psychology, general adult inpatient psychiatry, pediatric consultation/liaison and psychoses and cognitive rehabilitation of schizophrenia.
Interns receive a stipend, health plan, vacation days, holidays and sick days. Students are encouraged to apply online. Selected applicants will then be personally interviewed for potential acceptance into the year-long internship program.
Why not apply for an externship and internship?
The internship is offered through the Psychology Department of Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. The hospital dates back to 1854 and was the first hospital built in Hartford. They continue to serve patients throughout central Connecticut as a leading medical center and highly regarded hospital in the New England area.
The location is usually in CONNECTICUT.
