Entry-level position installing, maintaining, and repairing gas mains and service lines, including operating heavy equipment and hand tools, conducting basic leak investigations, assisting in mechanical joining, and performing landscape maintenance and traffic control. Responsibilities include completing tasks to support field operations, such as deactivation of service, corrosion inspections, meter reading, and assisting with maintenance activities. Requires high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of hand tools, and ability to pass assessments. Preferred qualifications include field operations experience, technical school training, and welding certification. Must have good communication skills, ability to work in potentially hazardous environments, and proficiency in MS Office.
