The Madison Square Garden Company Student Associate Program
Internships are offered in Madison Square Garden (MSG) Sports, MSG Media, MSG Entertainment, and throughout MSG corporate divisions. Internships cover many disciplines, including Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales/Partnerships, Operations, Productions, Technology, and Creative/Graphic Design.
Interns learn through hands-on training as well as executive speaker series, social media integration including work-related tips, and special Student Associate-only events. Candidates must have a GPA of 3.0 or above, be currently enrolled in college and working toward a two year, four year or graduate degree, and must be able to work 21-35 hours per week.
Madison Square Garden was first built in 1879, and its current location in the New York City borough of Manhattan, New York, in 1968. It is a multi-purpose indoor arena and an icon known for its many sports and entertainment events. It is home to the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League, the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association, and residency to singer-songwriter Billy Joel.
