Outgoing and customer-focused individuals are sought for positions as State Farm independent contractor agent team members. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and friendly service, and educating customers about insurance options. The role offers hourly pay plus commission/bonus, flexible hours, and growth opportunities. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team environment. A Property and Casualty license is required, with an age minimum of 18, along with the ability to obtain Life and Health licenses.
