Sales interns will gain hands-on experience in real estate by participating in activities such as market analyses, research, and community openings. Skills needed include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. This non-exempt position requires daily attendance at the office, face-to-face interactions with customers and managers, and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Physical demands include occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds, while Taylor Morrison experience or completion of their training program may override educational requirements.
