The job involves preparing, handling, and supplying materials for other crafts, with a base compensation ranging from $22.19 to $37.72 per hour. Team members are expected to embody leadership principles, maintain high-quality work, and foster a positive work environment. Essential functions include equipment and material handling, layout, cleanup, and teamwork. Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, a driver's license, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs with assistance.
