Responsible for recruitment efforts and implementing local and regional recruiting plans for the Publicis Digital Experience pillar, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates, managing interviews, and tracking recruitment progress. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, employing various sourcing strategies, and building a talent pipeline through strategic initiatives and engagement with online communities and events. Additionally, the internship includes supporting career fairs, portfolio shows, and other hiring events, as well as tracking campus events through the Handshake platform.
