Preparation, handling, and supplying of materials for other crafts, with a base compensation range of $20.15 to $43.97 per hour. Expectations include applying leadership principles, demonstrating dependability, and contributing to a diverse work environment. Responsibilities involve loading/unloading equipment, layout, cleanup, and adhering to safety procedures. Requirements include two years of solar experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs with assistance. Union craft team members receive additional benefits such as vacation, health insurance, and job training.
