The Talent Management Apprentice position at Nicklaus Children's Health System offers a 6-month opportunity for graduates in health management, business, human resources, or related fields to gain valuable experience. Duties include completing assignments, attending meetings, conducting employee lifecycle interviews, and participating in special projects. Candidates must have a Master's degree, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and be able to work independently and adapt to change. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish proficiency being a plus. This is a per diem position with approximately 20-24 hours per week.
