Surry Power Station in Surry, VA, seeks a Civil Engineering intern for their Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) Project in summer 2024. This project aims to extend the operating license of the nuclear facility from 60 to 80 years. Responsibilities include developing technical documents, supporting engineering change packages, project cost planning, and more. Applicants should be enrolled in an ABET accredited Civil Engineering program with a GPA of 2.5 and an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2027. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
