This job is for newly graduated RNs with a BSN or ADN degree. Responsibilities include providing nursing care under the supervision of an RN, following the nursing process, documenting patient data, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Qualifications require completion of an accredited nursing program and obtaining RN licensure in North Dakota within three months of hire, along with Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
