Precision machining experience, including conventional methods, is needed for prototyping and developing new mechanical products at a small family-owned business in Corvallis, OR. While CNC experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory. The company, with around 15 employees, operates in two segments: Alberti Design focuses on tool and product development, while Windstone handles figurine manufacturing. The role primarily involves design and development work with occasional light production tasks.
