Precision machining experience, especially conventional, is essential for this position in Corvallis, OR, focusing on prototyping and developing new mechanical products. While CNC experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory. The company, a small family-owned business with around fifteen employees, is involved in two distinct areas: Alberti Design, which handles tool and product development, and Windstone, which specializes in figurine manufacturing. The role primarily revolves around design and development, with some potential for light production work.
