Join usThe Supply Chain Transformation Intern will contribute to the development and implementation of Interstate Batteries' Supply Chain network. This strategic role defines process capabilities, implements sequencing, and executes project plans required to effectively make and communicate changes for Interstate Batteries' operating model transformation. Key Responsibilities Acts as a functional expert for the supply chain workstream as part of Interstate's operating model transformation.Develops recommendations on partnerships, network strategy and timing.Coordinates with cross-functional leaders to define and execute detailed project plans for network implementation.Effectively manages a project plan, including creating and communicating daily and weekly progress to the Supply Chain Transformation Leadership Team.Drives value creation through process improvements and validates those improvements with measurable data.Plans, monitors, appraises and reviews job contributions while upholding Interstate's Purpose and Values through demonstrated actions.Effectively develops, builds and maintains positive relationships with internal cross functional teams and external customers (distributors, dealers, and internal corporate support groups).Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications Character consistent with IB's core values.Seeking a bachelor's degree in a related field: Project Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics or Supply ChainStrong abilities in Microsoft Excel.
