Internships and apprenticeships are work experience programs designed to get young people interested in careers in community pharmacy and retail. Students age 16-24 will benefit from the on-the-job learning offered through Walgreens Boots Alliance at stores across the country.

The company training programs recognize and develop talent through career planning and educational opportunities. Diversity and inclusion is practiced, along with training programs and job opportunities for people with disabilities.



Walgreens Boots Alliance is one of the world’s largest purchasers of prescription drugs and other health and wellness products, with more than 390 distribution centers delivering to more than 230,000 pharmacies, doctors, health centers and hospitals each year in more than 20 countries.
