The Spacex University Program
The Spacex University Program is a year-round program for college students interested in space exploration. Internships are open to both technical and non-technical candidates currently enrolled at a four-year accredited university.

The program includes positions for both interns as well as associate engineer positions. Candidates for internships must be currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university or college. Students looking for internships in business operations or software applicants must be currently enrolled at an accredited university or college or within 6 month post-graduation.

Associate engineer positions are for students who have earned a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university within the past 6 months by the time they start employment or be currently enrolled in a graduate program. All candidates must have a GPA of 3.5 or above. Both internships and associate engineer positions are 12 weeks long and offered at 7 different locations.

The company was founded in 2002 to revolutionize space technology, with the ultimate goal of enabling people to live on other planets. The company is located in Hawthorne, CA, with locations in McGregor, TX, Cape Canaveral, FL, Vandenberg AFB, CA, Irvine, CA , Seattle, WA, and Washington, DC.
