South Carolina Electric and Gas Company Internships

South Carolina Electric and Gas Company Internships are offered during the summer to college students who are pursuing careers as engineers, IT professionals and technicians. Eligible candidates can be pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or above. All candidates must have completed their first year of a 4-year college/university or 2-year college transfer program in order to apply for an internship.

Internships provide students with an opportunity to test-drive their career in a real work setting. Whether students are pursuing careers in engineering, engineering technology, forestry or computer science-related fields, they will gain valuable work experience while continuing their education. Students who complete an internship also have an opportunity for full-time employment with the company following graduation.
