Weyerhaeuser Internships are open to college students who are pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Applicants must be at least sophomores in order to apply.

Internships are generally offered during the summer months and last for three months. Some internships may last from May through September and require candidates to be in their junior year of school.

The selected interns will have a chance to gain hands-on work experience in a laboratory, mill, field, or other environment. All applicants must have excellent academic records and a major that specifically relates to the internship for which they are applying. Many internships are available in science, engineering, marketing, communications, information technology, human resources, accounting and finance, manufacturing operations and production, and forestry.

Weyerhaeuser is one of the world's largest private owners of timberlands, owning or controlling more than 6 million acres of timberlands in the U.S., and managing 14 million acres in Canada.
