SunTrust Internships are available to college undergraduate and graduate students. Internships are offered in the summer and offered in many areas of banking, financing, business, and more.

SunTrust representatives recruit on campuses of various undergraduate and graduate business schools throughout the year. Internships run for 10 weeks during the summer. Students interested in careers in banking, accounting and finance, investments, auditing and other related fields are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or above, analytical and detail-oriented skills, excellent communication skills, and academic and extracurricular achievements. Many interns who perform well during their internship will be considered for open full-time positions when available.

SunTrust Bank has 1,497 bank branches and 2,243 ATMs across Southern states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
