Progressive Internships offer college students an opportunity to work for one of the world's largest insurance companies in the areas of Information Technology, Claims or Corporate. Students can put their skills to good use and define their careers.

Each student is assigned a supervisor to guide them through the internship process. In addition, they will work side-by-side with more experienced employees and managers. Students work full-time during the summer at Progressive headquarters in Cleveland. Internship perks include competitive pay, on site fitness center and recreational activities such as ballgames and picnics.


Progressive is one of the world's largest insurance companies established in 1937 and headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. The main campus has one of the largest private contemporary art collections in the country and provides a beautiful and stimulating office environment for employees. The company also supports many community projects such as charities, Junior Achievement and others.

Progressive recruiters are on college campuses throughout the country. Students may check with their institution to see when a representative will be at their school.
