Boehringer Ingelheim Internships hire summer interns who are enrolled in college and studying in the areas of science, biology, chemistry, engineering, finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, medical and marketing. Students must be in their sophomore year or above before applying.

A grade point average of 3.2 is required. During the internship, students will increase their skill level with assignments that include developing pharmaceuticals, participating in clinical trials, production of medications, and positioning of products in the marketplace.
