Marathon Oil Corporation Internships are offered to college students in many disciplines. These include engineering, information technology, geosciences, environmental and safety, finance and accounting, and more.
Interns will be involved in real projects that will challenge their skills and prepare them for careers. Applicants may be college sophomores, juniors, and seniors pursuing a degree. They must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration.
Each intern is assigned a supervisor or mentor to guide them throughout their internship. Their experience will include on-the-job-training, along with field trips, company events, individual and group presentations. Internships finish with an intern presentation and performance review.
