Explore Microsoft Summer Internship Program
Explore Microsoft Summer Internship Program is a 12-week PAID program for college freshman and sophomores that lets them explore career opportunities in software developing. Candidates must major in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering.

Eligible students must have a demonstrated interest in majoring in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related technical major.


Students with a passion for technology will receive hands-on training in three challenging areas that include Software Development Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test, and Program Manager. The internship will prepare them for a career in the field of software development. Explore Microsoft includes competitive pay, relocation, training, and transportation.

Applications are especially encouraged among students who are underrepresented in the field of computer science, including women, minorities (African American, American Indian, Hispanic), and those with disabilities.
