Our House Internships

Our House Internships are offered to students during the summer and possibly into the fall. Full-time and part-time, unpaid positions are available in the areas of marketing, public relations, social media, administrative, project management, grant writing, fund raising, and much more.

Students must be interested in working within the non-profit sector and enjoy working on projects that make a difference in people's lives. They will gain experience within their field and be helping others at the same time. They will also work with business professionals, media, and other leaders within the non-profit sector.


Students must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, especially word processing and Microsoft Office products, the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and be prompt and dependable as they will often need to work unsupervised.

Our House is a non-profit residential facility and job training center that helps the homeless, victims of abuse, and male youth between the ages of 16-20 who have no parents and are in need of specialized help and a new start. The programs provided by Our House help these young men to get a new start and a chance at success in life.
