Sister 2 Sister Magazine Editorial and Digital Media Internships
The Sister 2 Sister Magazine offers two types of internships to college students in the Fall, Spring and Summer. Both the Editorial internship and the Digital Media internship positions are for students majoring in journalism.
Editorial internships are unpaid, but offer opportunity for college credit. In addition, students who are hired as interns are able to put their classroom knowledge to work in a real-life, multimedia environment. Interns will be involved in researching stories for print and online, writing and reviewing magazine content, and editing video and audio for online broadcast.
Applicants must have strong writing skills, working knowledge of AP style writing, excellent computer skills and good interpersonal skills. Students who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering finished projects within tight deadlines will be a good fit for this internship.

The internships are offered by Sister 2 Sister magazine, a monthly four-color print and online magazine for urban African-American women. The magazine features African-American entertainment, news, food, fashion and beauty, recording artists, movie stars, reviews and more.
