United Services Automobile Association Internships offer a summer work experience opportunity for college students in many disciplines. It is for students interested in working at a leading financial services organization that serves the military community.

Internships last 10 weeks and run from May to August. Interns receive on-the-job training and work on real projects. Opportunities are available in multiple locations and in many areas, including banking and finance, marketing, human resources, information technology and much more. Qualified interns can receive a housing stipend.


Each intern receives supervision by a mentor and will benefit from professional development activities such as executive speakers and trips. They will meet with other interns and enjoy social events such as picnics, sports and community service projects, as well as BBQs, river trips and other activities. All interns will prepare a presentation for senior leadership that explains what they have learned from their internship.

The United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is a Fortune 500 financial services group of companies offering banking, investing, and insurance to people and families that serve, or served, in the United States military. They are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
