New York Mets Summer Internship Program is available for college students who are rising Juniors, Seniors, and graduate students. The internships run from May to August every summer. Internships run 13 weeks and are full-time, paid positions. Interns make a valuable contribution to the team. Internship areas include Accounting, External Affairs and Community Outreach, Human Resources, Metropolitan Hospitality, Procurement, Project Development, Tickets Sales & Services. Part-time internships are offered in Corporate Partnerships, Marketing & Communications, and Media Relations.
Marvel Entertainment, LLC offers internships to college students in the spring, summer and fall who are interested in being part of the entertainment industry. Positions are located in New York and California and are unpaid internships for college credit only. The United States Marshals Service Internship is offered to college students in their junior or senior year who are majoring in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science. The internship is unpaid. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or above and must be full-time students attending a four-year, accredited college or university. Interns will work in any one of the following departments: General Operations, Investigations, Seized Assets, Judicial Security or Management. Bain & Company Associate Consultant Intern Program offers a 10-week paid internship for undergraduate and graduate students which gives them exposure to the consulting industry and hands-on training in preparation for a career as a management consultant. Students may choose to work in Boston, Beijing, Zurich or 50 other locations. More than 100 interns are offered internship positions each year. Interns will work with experienced consultants and learn business strategies, receive training and be assigned real consultant cases for real clients.
Los Angeles Dodgers Internship is looking for a college student to work for the summer as a Baseball Operations & Research Associate. The associate will be responsible for compiling statistical baseball data. Students applying must have a strong interest in baseball and be familiar with baseball data (Pitch f/x, Hit f/x, Field f/x and Trackman). Computer skills are a must, particularly SQL, Excel, R, STATA, SAS or other statistical software. Attention to detail, programming and database skills are required.
Cosmopolitan Internships are available to college students in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The internships are unpaid and only open to undergraduate students who are eligible to receive college credit. Students do not need prior experience working for a magazine. Students must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity and enthusiasm, and the ability to work two full days a week during the spring and fall semesters, and four days a week during the summer and winter semesters.
The OWN Internship Program is a 10-week paid and for-credit learning experience at the Oprah Winfrey Network television channel. Internships are for current undergraduate or graduate college students. Applicants must have completed at least their sophomore year in college before applying. They must also have a grade point average of 3.0 or above. All interns must be able to work 15 hours or more per week and receive college credit for the internship. Interns receive hands-on training, challenging project work, and networking opportunities.
