The Fitter Welder Apprentice position at Johnson Controls involves MIG welding, operating welding equipment, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards. Applicants need at least 6 months of welding experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include technical school certification, additional welding experience, and the ability to work well under pressure in diverse environments.
