Broadlawns Medical Center offers TECH CNA Apprenticeship programs for incoming and graduating seniors from Polk County Schools, providing paid opportunities in healthcare. Participants receive Basic and Advanced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training through DMACC, transitioning into Health Care Tech roles upon completion. The program targets the 50314 and 50316 zip codes, focusing on areas with high poverty and unemployment levels. Applicants undergo a selection process and must certify the accuracy of their application information, including consent for background screening and drug testing as part of the hiring process.
