Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technology program, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate understanding of aseptic technique. Responsibilities involve rotating through various surgical areas to learn anesthesia, surgical preparation, sterile technique, instrument sterilization, and more.
