National Beef is seeking college students for a paid summer internship in Food Safety and Technical Services Management, providing hands-on experience at various locations across the United States, including Liberal, Kansas; Dodge City, Kansas; Tama, Iowa; and Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The program offers a 10-12 week immersion in beef processing, including rotations through different technical service areas, networking opportunities with senior leadership, and weekly reporting to corporate and facility managers. Candidates should be enrolled juniors with a 3.0 GPA, majoring in fields like Animal Science, Ag Business, or Microbiology/Chemistry, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
