Fitter Welder Apprentice position available for 2nd shift, offering $21.00 hourly pay plus an 8.5% shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include MIG welding, operation of welding equipment, blueprint interpretation, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include 6 months of welding experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and adherence to safety protocols. Preferred qualifications include welding certification, GMAW and TIG welding experience, and one year of welding experience. Johnson Controls is an equal opportunity employer.
