Barn Sanctuary, founded in 2016, seeks Animal Care Interns committed to their mission of rescuing and rehabilitating abused farmed animals. With over 100 animal residents, interns gain valuable experience in animal health and behavior while assisting with day-to-day tasks and special needs animals. This paid internship offers flexible hours, requires a 12-week commitment, and emphasizes COVID-19 vaccination and a commitment to diversity and equality. Applicants must be 18 or older, possess physical strength for general tasks, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
