Supporting the development of employee engagement strategies, the Talent Team intern at Razorfish in Chicago will collaborate with HR, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to enhance agency culture. This paid internship involves onsite work for 10-12 weeks, starting June 4, 2024, focusing on improving early-career employee engagement and presenting insights to talent leadership. Responsibilities include researching and proposing process enhancements, curating employee questions for chatbots, and assisting with DE&I event planning to foster an inclusive work environment.
