Conduct preventive maintenance, annual tests, and inspections, determining equipment suitability and performing necessary modifications. Qualifications include a high school diploma, Elevator Technician degree or Mechanic License, proficiency in hand and electrical tools, and physical capability for climbing, lifting, and working in various environments.
