Assist in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of elevators, dumbwaiters, and wheelchair lifts, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and OSHA requirements. Conduct preventive maintenance, annual tests, and inspections, determining equipment suitability and performing necessary modifications. Qualifications include a high school diploma, Elevator Technician degree or Mechanic License, proficiency in hand and electrical tools, and physical capability for climbing, lifting, and working in various environments.
