The role requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, technology proficiency, and Florida residency, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends. The position comes with benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities, and a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with experience in mental health diagnosis, treatment planning, and client partnership.
