The Nursing Apprentice position at ProMedica involves working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on enhancing nursing knowledge, confidence, and team integration. Responsibilities include patient data collection, care planning, and performing various nursing interventions under the guidance of an RN preceptor. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program, have completed their first clinical semester, and possess Basic Life Support certification. The role requires a minimum of 24 hours of work per month, with opportunities for advancement into a nursing residency.
