The Transformation Intern role involves supporting the Your Metro Transformation Office in implementing strategic projects and transformation plans. This position requires research, analysis, solution design, and change management skills, fostering relationships across the organization. Qualifications include college enrollment in a relevant discipline, a minimum GPA of 2.8, and the ability to complete essential job functions. It offers practical experience in the transit industry, with assignments lasting up to thirteen weeks during the summer, and interns may rotate to various departments based on their majors. Evaluation criteria include skills assessment, interviews, and background checks, with WMATA being an equal opportunity employer.
