This job opportunity is for an Operations Administration Intern with a focus on addressing absenteeism and workforce availability through the use of business intelligence tools. The position requires a college student pursuing a relevant degree, ideally a rising college junior with a minimum GPA of 2.8. Interns will gain practical experience in various transit industry areas such as operations, data analysis, and reporting, with assignments lasting up to thirteen weeks during the summer. Evaluation criteria may include skills assessment, interviews, background checks, and medical examinations, and WMATA is an equal opportunity employer.
