Year Up offers a one-year intensive job training program for young adults, providing skill development, internships, and personalized coaching. Participants receive an educational stipend and gain access to technical and professional training. Eligible candidates should be 18-29 years old, high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., and available Monday-Friday. The program includes in-depth classes like Business Fundamentals, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Investment Operations, and Banking & Customer Success, with graduates typically earning an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.
