It includes classroom skill development, internships at top organizations like Microsoft and Salesforce, and personalized coaching. Eligible candidates should be 18-29 years old, high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., and available Monday-Friday. The program provides professional and technical skills, resume building, and an educational stipend. Graduates have an 80% employment rate with an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.
