This job description is for a Biomedical Engineering Intern position at TRIMEDX. The role involves on-the-job training through shadowing experienced engineers in clinical, biomedical, lab, and radiology fields. Responsibilities include understanding daily engineering tasks, responding to service calls, managing workload, documenting repairs, learning equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures. The position is open to individuals currently enrolled in an associate's or technical degree program or those with equivalent military training in the biomedical field. Strong communication and customer service skills are preferred, and candidates must pass a pre-employment screening.
