Thrive, a technology solutions provider in Miami, is seeking an Apprentice Program Training Manager to oversee onsite and remote apprentices. Responsibilities include program management, communication with mentors and managers, status reporting, training content development, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping apprentices build their careers. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required, and program/project management experience is preferred.
