Financial Representative Interns at Northwestern Mutual work to help clients achieve financial security using a unique approach to financial planning. This internship provides hands-on experience in building a financial planning practice, networking, prospecting, and gaining exposure to planning software. It also offers the opportunity to obtain necessary licenses and participate in coaching and development meetings. The program is open to full-time students, especially juniors and seniors, who are entrepreneurial, coachable, and interested in financial literacy and planning tools. Eligible interns may have the chance to interview for a full-time Financial Representative role upon graduation.
